It is a requirement of PSPD funding that we determine the skills level of participants at the beginning and end of the project. So we are asking all participants to complete the following two surveys. This first survey is on your computer skills level and then the next survey is on your ability to use your PDA (Sorry I am only able to create 10 questions at a time)
Your responses at the beginning of the project will be used to determine how to tailor the activities to best meet your needs. Your responses will be kept confidential. The information will only be reported in summary form. No individual responses will be reported.
